Connecting Integrations

10 steps - 3 minutes

Connect your favorite tools and services to Uru Intelligence.

Tip: Name Your Integrations

Specifically name each account you setup, especially if you have multiple! This makes it easier to identify which account you are using in Claude.

1

Now let us look at "Integrations"

Navigate to the Integrations page from the sidebar.

2

Connect your accounts

Click on the integrations you want to connect (Gmail, Slack, Calendar, etc.).

3

Here are a couple I like to have connected.

Common integrations include Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, and Google Drive.

4

Continue connecting the integrations you need for your workflow.

5

Anytime you connect new integrations, you will need to full-quit Claude.

After connecting new integrations, you must fully quit Claude Desktop to load the new tools.

6

Fully "Quit". Simply closing the window will NOT successfully load new tools (integrations).

On Mac: Claude → Quit Claude. On Windows: Right-click the system tray icon and select Quit.

7

Now you should see these named tools available for you Here.

After restarting Claude, you will see your connected integrations as available tools.

8

Click on a tool to see its available actions.

9

Here is my Gmail tool integration

10

When using a Tool for the first time, it will prompt you to Allow. I Always Allow.

Claude will ask for permission the first time you use a tool. Select "Always Allow" for convenience.

Next Step

Configure Claude Desktop to access Uru tools and integrations.
