What are Workspaces?
Workspaces are isolated environments for teams to collaborate. Each workspace has its own members, resources, and settings. You can belong to multiple workspaces and switch between them easily. Resources created in one workspace are private to that workspace unless explicitly shared.

Click "Workspace"
Select the Workspace tab to manage your workspace settings.

Set Member Roles
Assign roles to team members: Admin (full access), Member (standard access), or Viewer (read-only).

Workspace Isolation
Each workspace has its own personas, prompts, context, automations, and integrations. Resources are not shared between workspaces unless explicitly configured.

To share resources with specific people in other workspaces, use the Share feature with their email address.
Workspace Settings
Configure workspace-level settings like default visibility for new resources and collaboration preferences.
Best Practices
- •Create separate workspaces for different teams or projects
- •Assign appropriate roles based on team member responsibilities
- •Regularly review and update team member access
- •Use workspace-level resources for team collaboration
- •Keep personal resources private unless sharing is needed
